Terms of Service

LegitGeo is operated by Settlyfe Inc., a Delaware, USA corporation. These terms govern your use of LegitGeo's websites, free checks, accounts, reports, and integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use LegitGeo for an organization, you confirm that you may act for it. A separately signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
What the service does
LegitGeo checks public websites and samples search or AI-generated responses to help you understand visibility and prioritize improvements. Results are estimates from the sources and times tested. They are not a promise of rankings, traffic, revenue, publication, or a particular AI answer. Third-party services may change or be temporarily unavailable.
Accounts and partner access
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized use. A partner-provided LegitGeo view may be limited to the features and duration arranged with that partner; the partner's own terms also govern its separate service.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of information you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process it as needed to run the features you choose. Submit only information and websites you are authorized to use. Public webpages may be analyzed in a free check, subject to technical and legal access limits. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content, recommendations, or review replies before publishing them.
Acceptable use
Do not use LegitGeo to break the law, violate others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape the service, send malicious material, or misrepresent generated results as guaranteed facts. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
Plans and payment
Public plan pages describe intended features and limits, but paid self-serve checkout is not currently open. A paid subscription starts only after you accept the applicable order and payment terms. Unless an order says otherwise, taxes and third-party charges are not included in the displayed price. We will present any renewal and cancellation terms before you subscribe.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we may maintain, change, or discontinue features. Free or preview features may have lower limits and no uptime commitment. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of material changes to paid features.
Intellectual property
LegitGeo and its software, design, and brand remain ours or our licensors'. Your data and content remain yours or the relevant owner's. These terms give you permission to use the service as offered, not ownership of its software or third-party AI and search results.
Ending use
You may stop using the free service at any time. Account closure or a paid-plan cancellation is subject to any applicable order and record-keeping requirements. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security risks, or nonpayment after appropriate notice when practical. Contact us to request account closure or data export.
Responsibility and contact
Use your own judgment before acting on a score or recommendation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every need or remain uninterrupted. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
