Create a report and download it as a PDF
Generate a saved report for any business and period, with a written summary at the top, and download it as a PDF to share.
What a report is
A report is a saved snapshot of one business for a period you choose, such as the last 30 days. It opens with an Executive Summary, a few sentences written by AI about what moved and why, followed by the numbers and charts you picked.
Reports are on every plan, with no limit on how many you make. A report never changes after you create it, so make a new one for a new period.
Create a report
In the sidebar, select Reports. You can also select Reports at the top of Visibility.
Select Generate Report.
Reports in the sidebar (1) and Generate Report (2). Captured October 23, 2026, from the demo business Harborline Plumbing. Under Template, pick Weekly Visibility Summary (last 7 days), Monthly Executive Report, Competitor Benchmark or Citation & Sources Report (last 30 days each).
The selected template (3) and the first of the Sections (5). Brand (step 4) is missing here because this account tracks one business. Captured October 23, 2026, from the demo business Harborline Plumbing. Under Brand, choose the business. You see this only if you track more than one.
Under Sections, untick anything you do not need, such as Fan-out. The template ticks its own sections for you. Audit Score shows your latest Site Audit, so it stays out of the report until Site Audit can run audits. Shopping is listed only when Shopping mode is on for the business.
Type a title in Title (optional), such as “October for the owners”, or leave it empty for a title with the business name and dates.
Title (optional) (6), Date Range (7) and Generate Report (8). Captured October 23, 2026, from the demo business Harborline Plumbing. Under Date Range, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Custom. For Custom, pick a start and an end date.
Select Generate Report. The button reads Generating… while LegitGeo gathers the numbers and writes the summary, then you see Report generated and the report opens.
A section with nothing in the period says No data for this period. If a section could not be gathered, the report lists it at the top and leaves it out. If the summary could not be written, the report still keeps all its numbers.
Download a report as a PDF
