Find your way around the partner console
See the companies you have switched on in test or live mode, open a company’s report, and check what you owe this month.
Open the console
The console is only for organizations that LegitGeo has set up as partners. Everyone on your team can open it and see the companies, tiles and bill. Only admins can change the card, keys and webhook, and only admins see the card itself.
In the sidebar, select Partners. The page title is your platform’s name.
Partners (1), the Test data and Live switch (2) and the four tiles (3). A demo partner. Screen from October 23, 2026.
Companies are created from your server through the partner API, not in the console. The code your developers need is on the Embed tab, under Add it to your product.
The card preview, in a company’s panel and in Live preview on the Embed tab, shows only for admins. For everyone else that space says “The card could not load. Check that this console’s address is in your allowed origins, then reload.” The message mentions allowed origins, but the reason is the person’s role.
Switch between test and live data
At the top right, choose Test data or Live.
The console opens on Test data each time. Test accounts use sample AI results, so you can build your integration at no cost, and they are never billed. Test and live companies never mix: each API key sees only the companies in its own mode.
If the list looks empty, check the switch. Real companies are under Live.
Read the four tiles
Test accounts (or Accounts in live mode): how many companies are switched on right now.
Active this month: companies that were on at any point this month, including any switched off since.
Estimated bill: Not billed in test mode. In live mode, the amount so far this month and your price per active company.
Webhook: Not set, Healthy, or how many recent deliveries failed. See Create partner API keys and set up your webhook.
Find a company and open its report
At the top right, choose Live for a real company. The console opens on Test data.
On the Accounts tab, type in Search by name or your ID, or choose All, Active or Paused.
Select a company. A panel opens, headed with the company’s name and “Exactly what this company sees inside your product.” It shows the card, Your ID, the LegitGeo account ID with Copy ID, Created and Last active.
The end of the card, then the company’s details (1) and Open full report (2). A demo test company; its LegitGeo account ID is blurred. Screen from October 23, 2026. Select Open full report. The company’s full report opens in a new tab.
The list shows each company’s name and your ID for it, AI assistants naming them (for example 2 of 4), Storefront (the readiness score out of 100 for its website or its page on your platform), Last active and Status.
Pending means no check has finished yet. Live companies are asked about every Monday once LegitGeo has switched on the weekly AI check for your platform, and a company created after that gets its first check straight away. The storefront check usually returns within a few minutes.
The report link works once. To open the report again, select Open full report again. If you see “Could not open the report.”, try again in a moment.
Check what you owe this month
Select the Billing tab.
Billing (1), the bill so far this month (2) and History (3). A demo partner’s numbers. Screen from October 23, 2026.
The panel named after the month, such as October 2026 so far, shows the Estimated bill, the number of active companies times your price each, and a line when your monthly minimum applies. History lists earlier months with Month, Active accounts, Price each and Amount. Billing always counts live companies only.
A company counts as active in a month when a check ran for it or someone opened its card or report. Paused companies and companies nobody used cost nothing. Your server pauses a company through the partner API when the business stops using the feature.
Frequently asked questions
Why don’t I see Partners in my sidebar?
Your organization is not set up as a partner. Opening the console address shows “This organisation is not set up as a LegitGeo partner.” See Offer LegitGeo inside your platform.
Can I add a company from the console?
No. Companies are created by your server with the partner API, so they stay matched to your own IDs.
