Switch between your businesses
Every page shows one business at a time; pick another from the name at the top of the sidebar, or from Brands on a phone.
How the switcher works
Every page in your dashboard shows one business at a time: its visibility, questions, fixes and reports. The name at the top of the sidebar, under the LegitGeo logo, is the business you are looking at.
LegitGeo remembers your choice in this browser only. Another computer, or a teammate, may open on a different business.
Switch on a computer
At the top of the sidebar, select the business name.
Under Switch brand, select the business you want. Its website is under its name, and a tick marks the one you are on. A business whose tracking is paused shows Paused.

The page you are on changes to show that business’s results.
Add Brand at the bottom of the list opens the Brands page. To set up a new business, see Add another business.
Switch on a phone
On a phone or a narrow window the sidebar is hidden, and the menu has no switcher. Use the Brands page instead.
Select the menu button at the top left.
Select Brands.
Brands in the menu (2). Screen from October 23, 2026. On the business’s card, select Add Topics, Add Prompts or Settings. Any of them makes it the business you are looking at, and its card shows Active (a paused business shows Paused instead).
Any of the three rows (3) selects the business. Screen from October 23, 2026. Open the menu again and go to the page you need.
If a page says Select a brand
If no business is selected, for example after the one you were looking at was deleted, pages show Select a brand with a card for each business. Select one to carry on. If the account has no businesses left, you see No brands yet and Create Brand instead. On the Brands page itself, the button is Add Brand.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my teammate see a different business than I do?
Each browser remembers its own choice. Everyone in the account can see every business; they just may have a different one selected.
Can I see two businesses side by side?
Not on one page. Every window of the same browser shares one choice, so reloading a window can switch it to the business you picked last in another window. To keep two open, use a private window or a different browser for the second business, and sign in there.
