Find your way around your dashboard

The Overview page shows where your business stands and your next three fixes, and the sidebar groups everything else by what you want to do.

Updated

The Overview page

Overview is the first page you see after signing in. It shows how your business shows up in AI answers, search and maps, and what to do next.

  1. Select Overview at the top of the sidebar.

Where you stand (1), Do this next (2), Customers and crawlers (3) and Run a full check (4). Harborline Plumbing is a made-up business with sample data. Real product screen, October 23, 2026.
The Overview page with Where you stand on the left, Do this next with three numbered fixes on the right, Customers and crawlers below, and a Run a full check button at the top right.
  2. Read Where you stand. Each row is a shortcut: select it to open the page with the detail.

  3. Read Do this next for your three most important open fixes, and select See every fix for the full list.

AI answers is your visibility score from 0 to 100 over the last 30 days: how often AI assistants named you across your tracked answers. When it moved, it shows the change against the 30 days before.

Website readiness is your latest Diagnosis score and grade, and Search health comes from your latest site crawl on SEO. The Google Maps row needs a map scan on Local Rankings, and live Google Maps scans are not switched on yet.

Customers and crawlers shows leads from the chatbot on your website and AI crawler visits in the last 7 days. Its Google reviews cell says Not connected for now, because connecting your Google reviews is not switched on yet.

Run a full check opens Diagnosis, where you start a new website check.

Note

The AI answers score on Overview always covers the last 30 days, so it can differ from the Visibility page, which opens on the last 24 hours. See Why the numbers differ between pages.

When parts of Overview are empty

A new account starts with empty rows, and each one says what fills it. For example, “Run a diagnosis to see how easily AI can read your site.” means no website check has run yet.

Not connected or Not set up under Customers and crawlers means that feature is not set up yet. The AI crawler visits count needs the AI Crawlers snippet on your website.

The sidebar

The sidebar groups the pages by what you want to do.

  1. Check the name at the top of the sidebar. It is the business you are looking at.

The business you are looking at (1), Overview (2), the Analytics (3), Optimization (4) and Search & Local (5) groups, Reports (6) and your name (7). Harborline Plumbing is a made-up business with sample data. Real product screen, October 23, 2026.
The dashboard with red boxes on the sidebar around the business menu at the top, Overview, the groups Analytics, Optimization and Search & Local, Reports, and the user’s name at the bottom.
  2. Select a page in the sidebar to open it.

Overview, Brands and Action Center: your summary, your businesses and their settings, and suggested actions.

Analytics: Visibility, Prompts, Topics, Citations, AI Traffic Analytics and AI Crawlers. What AI assistants say about you, the questions you track, the websites they cite and the AI visits to your site. Visibility opens a page headed Answer Engine Insights.

Optimization: Diagnosis, Proof, GEO Tools, Content, Site Audit and Chat. Fixing your website and finding out whether each fix worked. GEO Tools gives you ready-to-publish fixes you can copy to your site.

Content Engine also sits in this group. It is a separate article-writing service, not part of the Local, Growth or Agency plans.

Search & Local: SEO, Local Rankings, Reviews and Lead Chatbot.

Three of these pages are in the sidebar before they work in full. Site Audit cannot run audits yet; to score one page, use Page score in GEO Tools. Local Rankings cannot scan Google Maps live yet, and Reviews cannot connect your Google reviews yet (it can show demo reviews to try the reply workflow).

Reports: reports you can download as a PDF.

Your name at the bottom opens Settings: your account, team, plan, notifications and billing.

New marks recently added pages. Set up beside Chat means it needs setting up before you can use it.

Switch between businesses

Every page shows one business at a time. On Growth (up to 3 businesses) and Agency (up to 10), select the menu at the top of the sidebar and choose another business. Local has one business. See Switch between your businesses.

On a phone

On a small screen the sidebar is hidden. Select the menu button at the top left to open it. The phone menu has no business menu, so to switch businesses use the Brands page.

On Brands, select any row on the business’s card, such as Settings. That business is now the one every page shows, and its card is marked Active.
