Update your card and download invoices
Change your card, billing address or tax ID on Stripe’s billing page, and download any of your last 24 invoices.
LegitGeo takes payments through Stripe and never stores your card number. Only an admin can open billing details and invoices.
Change your card, billing address or tax ID
Select your name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open Settings.
Select Billing.
Select Manage Billing, at the bottom right of the Change Plan box. Stripe’s billing page opens in the same tab.
Manage Billing (3) opens Stripe’s billing page. Demo account, October 23, 2026. Change your card, billing address or tax ID on Stripe’s page.
Use the return link at the top of Stripe’s page to come back to the Billing tab.
Stripe’s page, and its return link, may show a different company name from LegitGeo. It is still your LegitGeo billing page, and charges show as LEGITGEO on your card statement.
Change or cancel your plan in LegitGeo’s Billing tab, not on Stripe’s page. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan and Cancel your subscription.
If Stripe’s page doesn’t open, a message in the top-right corner of the screen says why. Try again in a minute, and if it keeps happening, contact support.
Download an invoice
In Settings, select Billing.
Scroll down to Invoice History. It lists your last 24 invoices with Invoice, Date, Amount and Status.
In the row you want, select the download icon under Download. Stripe’s PDF of the invoice opens in a new tab, ready to save or print.
Status uses Stripe’s words: paid, open for an invoice not paid yet, and void for one that was cancelled.
A new account shows “No invoices yet.” If the list can’t load, select Try again.
If a payment fails
When a renewal payment fails, the subscription is past due and the dashboard closes for your whole team until it is paid. Your data is kept. An admin signs in, chooses the same plan again and updates the card on Stripe’s page. See I see Subscription required or my payment failed.
