Read exactly what an AI assistant said about you
Open a tracked question to read each assistant’s full answer and the sites it cited, and keep notes on the work you are doing for that question.
Open a question
In the sidebar, select Prompts.
In the table, select the text of a question. Its page opens with the question as the title.
Under Date Range, choose a period. Question pages open on 30d.
A question’s page, with Date Range (3). Made-up demo business, captured October 23, 2026.
Under the title, badges show the question’s topic, whether it is Active or Paused, when it was last checked and its work status. The first card gives the question’s score out of 100 and says how many answers named you and how many cited your website.
Read an assistant’s answer
Under Platform Results, select an assistant, such as ChatGPT, to list its checks, newest first. The first assistant is already open.
Select a check, or its eye icon (Show response), to open the answer.
An assistant (1), the open check (2), AI Response (3), Citations (4), Query fan-out (5) and Open full page (6). Made-up demo business, captured October 23, 2026. Read AI Response. Long answers are folded; select Show full response to read the rest.
Under Citations, see the pages the assistant linked to.
Under Query fan-out, see the web searches the assistant ran to build its answer, when it reported them.
To keep one answer on a page of its own, select Open full page. It opens in a new tab.
One answer on its own page. Made-up demo business, captured October 23, 2026.
The answer page shows the assistant, the tone, the score out of 100, the place it was asked from, Mentions, Brand Citations (links to your website), Total Citations and, at the bottom, when it was checked.
Each assistant lists its 10 latest checks in the period; the line under the list says how many there are in all.

Keep track of your work on a question
A status, notes and target pages help your team remember what you changed for each question. Admins and Managers can change them; Analysts can read them.
Select the status badge under the title (it says Set status when empty) and choose To do, In progress or Done. No status clears it.
The status badge (1) and its menu. Made-up demo business, captured October 23, 2026. Under Notes, type what you did, for example “Added 24/7 hours to the emergency page”, and select Add note.
Under Target URLs, paste the page you want assistants to cite and select Add.
Add note (2), Add (3) and a target page’s citation count (4). Made-up demo business, captured October 23, 2026.
A target page shows Not cited yet until an answer links to it, then a count such as “Cited ×28”; hover it for the first and last time it was cited. The count updates after each check. The status also shows in the Work column on Prompts, where All work filters the table by it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no Query fan-out for some answers?
Assistants only report their searches for some answers, mostly Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Copilot is on the Growth plan.
Can I see answers from before I added a question?
No. LegitGeo only has the answers from the checks it ran after you added the question.
An answer gives the wrong phone number for my business. What can I do?
Correct the number everywhere assistants read about you: your Google Business Profile, your website, and directories such as Yelp. Then log the change on Proof to see whether it changed what AI says. See Log a change you made.
