The three plans

Local, $99 a month: one business, 25 questions on the 4 core AI assistants, and 20 website diagnoses a month.
Growth, $299 a month: up to 3 businesses, 100 questions on 6 AI assistants including Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot, and 60 website diagnoses a month.
Agency, $499 a month: up to 10 businesses and 250 questions, each business on the 4 core AI assistants, and 200 website diagnoses a month.
Every plan is billed monthly in US dollars and includes unlimited users. Compare plans lists everything in each one.
In Billing, the Growth card says 7 answer engines because the seventh, ChatGPT Shopping, runs only for a business with Shopping mode on. The question limit counts each question once for every place it is asked from, so a question asked from two places counts twice. The app calls these prompt locations.
Each plan says Verified lift included. Verified lift is the rise in how often AI assistants name you after a fix, measured against similar businesses that changed nothing.
Choose your plan at the end of setup
The plan step opens after you add your competitors. It says Welcome to LegitGeo! and Start Your 14-Day Free Trial.

On the Stripe page, enter your card details, the name on the card and your billing address. You can also add a tax ID or a promotion code.
Confirm on the Stripe page.
The cards show the question limit as Prompt Tracking/mo. It is how many questions you track at a time, not a monthly count.
The Stripe page shows the name of the company that takes LegitGeo’s payments, not LegitGeo. Your card statement reads LEGITGEO.

Only an admin, such as the person who created the account, can choose the plan. Teammates you invite never see this step.
How the 14-day free trial works
Your organization’s first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Checkout asks for a card, but nothing is charged during the trial.
During the trial you get everything in the plan you chose, with its full limits.
Your card is first charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
The trial is for an organization’s first subscription only. If you subscribe again later, the plan step reads Choose Your Plan and “Your free trial has been used, so your plan starts today. Cancel anytime.”
Finding out whether a fix worked takes about a month, so your first verdicts arrive after the trial ends. During the trial you see your first results and your fix list, and your changes start being measured.
See when your trial ends
Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open Settings.
Select Billing.

Under Current Plan you see your plan, its price and Renews on with a date. During the trial the badge reads Trial, and that date is when the trial ends and your card is first charged.
Cancel before you are charged
If an admin cancels during the trial, you keep access until the trial’s last day and your card is never charged. Cancel your subscription or close your account has the steps.
If you leave checkout without paying
Use the back link on the Stripe page, or close the tab and sign in again later. You return to the plan step. Your business, questions and competitors are kept, but the dashboard stays closed until you choose a plan.
If you see “Checkout is not open right now”, email hello@legitgeo.com and we will open your account.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

How am I billed?
Monthly, in US dollars, by card through Stripe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An admin can move up or down a plan in Settings under Billing. See Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Can I get a second free trial?
No. The trial is for an organization’s first subscription only.
