What to expect in your first day, week and month

Your first results arrive within a couple of hours of checkout, LegitGeo then asks the AI assistants your questions every night, and the first answer to whether a fix worked comes about a month after you make it.

Updated

At a glance

Day 1: your first answers arrive within about two hours of checkout. Run your first website check on Diagnosis.

Every night: LegitGeo asks all your questions again, and your team gets the Daily Pulse email after the run.

Week 1: make your first fixes and mark them done.

Day 14: your free trial ends and your card is first charged, unless you cancel.

About a month after each fix: that fix’s verdict.

On your first day

As soon as checkout finishes, LegitGeo asks the AI assistants in your plan every question you saved during setup. The answers come back over the next few minutes to about two hours.

While that first run is going, Visibility says tracking is in progress. The numbers fill in when the run finishes.

Then select Run a full check on Overview to open Diagnosis. The website check does not start by itself: check the address in the box and select Run diagnosis. It takes about a minute and builds your fix list. See Check how ready your website is for AI assistants.

Each run uses one of your plan’s monthly diagnoses: 20 on Local, 60 on Growth and 200 on Agency.

Every night

LegitGeo asks every active question again each night, starting at 02:00 UTC. That is 7 pm Pacific and 10 pm Eastern while daylight saving time is on, and an hour earlier in winter.

  1. Open Visibility in the sidebar.

Visibility in the sidebar (1) opens the page headed Answer Engine Insights. The line under the title (2) says when the last run finished. Harborline Plumbing is a made-up business with sample data. Real product screen, October 23, 2026.
The Visibility page, headed Answer Engine Insights, with the line Harborline Plumbing, Last run: 1d ago under the title, and score cards below.
  2. Read the line under the title. It shows your business and Last run: with how long ago the last run finished.

While a nightly run is going, a blue banner says Daily tracking in progress, and the page keeps showing the last finished results. The numbers change in one step when the run ends.

After the run your team gets the Daily Pulse email: your visibility score, what improved and what needs a look. Every member gets it unless you choose otherwise. See Choose who gets your Daily Pulse and monthly report emails.

Note

You cannot change how often tracking runs, and you cannot re-run all your questions on demand. New questions are the exception.

When you add a question

A question you add on the Prompts page is checked straight away, within a daily allowance for each business: 3 checks a day, at least 15 minutes apart, on Local; 10 a day, 5 minutes apart, on Growth; and 20 a day, 5 minutes apart, on Agency. Once the allowance is used, new questions wait for the nightly run.

New answers show first on the question’s own page and in the 24-hour view. The 7-, 30- and 90-day views include them after the next morning’s refresh. See Add, edit or pause the questions you track.

In your first week

Work through your fix list on Diagnosis, starting with the first fix. Overview shows the next three under Do this next.

When you have made a fix on your website, select Done. Measuring starts after that night’s run. Then select Run again on Diagnosis. When the new check no longer finds the problem, the fix is confirmed. See Work through your fix list.

If you change something outside LegitGeo, such as your Google listing or a new page on your site, add it on Proof with Log or plan a change so it is measured too. See Log a change you made.

About a month after each fix

Proof measures each change against businesses that changed nothing. That is what LegitGeo calls verified lift: the change in how often assistants name you that is left once everyone else’s movement is taken away.

  1. Open Proof in the sidebar.

Proof in the sidebar (1) lists every change being measured. Log or plan a change (2) adds one you made outside LegitGeo. Harborline Plumbing is a made-up business with sample data. Real product screen, October 23, 2026.
The Proof page with a Log or plan a change button and a list of changes, each marked Planned or Measuring.
  2. Find your change. Until the measurement ends it shows Measuring, and while answers are still coming in it says Not enough answers.

The verdict comes about 31 days after the change went live: 3 days for assistants to re-read your pages, then 4 weeks of answers. It is one of Verified, Probably helped, No effect found, Went down or Not proven. See What each verdict means.

Changes you make in your first days have little history before them to compare with, so their verdicts are less certain. The longer LegitGeo has tracked you, the stronger the comparison.

A small change often ends as Not proven. That means the answers did not move enough to tell either way, not that the change did harm.

Important

The 14-day trial ends before any verdict can arrive, so your first verdicts come in your first paid month. How long a verdict takes has the details.
