Create your LegitGeo account
Sign up with your name, email and a password, then confirm your email address before you sign in for the first time.
Before you start
Use an email address you can open now: you confirm it before your first sign-in. Creating an account is free. To use the dashboard you choose a plan at the end of setup, and your first plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
If a teammate invited you, use the link in your invitation email instead. It fills in your email address and adds you to their account. See Invite teammates to your account.
Create your account
Go to app.legitgeo.com/sign-up. You can also select Create account at the top of the free check, or Start 14-day free trial on Pricing.
In Full name, type your name.
Fill in Full name (1), Email (2) and Password (3), then select Create account (4). Real product screen, October 23, 2026. In Email, type your email address.
In Password, type a password of at least 8 characters. To see what you typed, select the eye icon.
Select Create account.

The button shows Creating account... for a moment. Then the Sign in page opens with a blue note: “We sent a verification email to your inbox. Please click the link to verify your account before signing in.”

Confirm your email address
Open the email from LegitGeo, sent from
support@legitgeo.com. It usually arrives within a few minutes.Select the confirmation link in the email.
If the Sign in page opens, type your Email and Password and select Sign in.
Setup then opens with Set up your brand. Set up your first business walks you through it.
You can open the link on any device. Your address is confirmed either way, so you can then sign in wherever you want to work.
If you sign in before confirming, you see “Please verify your email address first. Check your inbox for the confirmation link.” Select the link in the email first, then sign in.
If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from support@legitgeo.com, and check that you typed your address correctly.
There is no button to send the email again. A link that has expired opens the Sign in page without a message, and signing in still asks you to confirm.

Good to know
You sign up with an email address and a password.
Each account belongs to one organization. Teammates join your organization through an invitation, not by signing up on their own.
If you sign up with an address that already has an account, the page still says an email was sent, but no second account is made. Sign in instead, or reset your password.
Your free check result is not copied into your account.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to create an account?
No. Checkout asks for a card when you choose a plan at the end of setup, and nothing is charged during the 14-day free trial.
How long should my password be?
At least 8 characters. A shorter one is refused with “Password must be at least 8 characters.”
